Bruiser by Neal Shusterman

By the author of Unwind - one of my all-time favorite books

Bruiser is voted "The Most Likely to Get the Death Penalty." Bruiser is a loner. He doesn't have any friends and lives with his uncle and younger brother. Students at his school are either afraid of him or make fun of him. Except for Bronte who finds him interesting and in need of a friend.

Problem one: Bronte's twin brother Tennyson dislikes and distrusts Bruiser.
Problem two: Bruiser has a secret that no one can know. There is something unique about Bruiser that could be dangerous - especially for him.

This is a very interesting book told from multiple points of view. Bruiser is  a character I will long remember.
